IMPORTANT TO KNOW
For those traveling on our coach, we will do everything we can to make your journey comfortable and fun. Here we would like to offer you a couple of useful hints in order to make your trip with Hansabuss a truly enjoyable event.
CONSIDER THAT THERE SHOULD BE ENOUGH ROOM FOR EVERYONE ABOARD THE COACH
In many respects, this determines how the passenger aboard the coach is feeling. There is a big difference whether your travel party consists of a group of tourists, or whether a selected basketball team steps aboard the coach. For that reason, when booking, consider that spaces between seats on our coaches vary, and therefore minibuses will fit fewer people and be able to hold less baggage than our tourist class coaches.
YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THAT STOPS ON THE WAY MAKE TRAVEL TIME LONGER
Do you know how many and what kinds of beverages your travel party have consumed prior to and during travel? Therefore it is important to note that unscheduled stops along the way may add extra travel time to your journey. This is just one important factor that you should consider should before planning a journey. We would therefore recommend that you consider the extra stopping times of your traveling party, well ahead of time.
IT MAY HAPPEN THAT THE CLIENT DOES NOT EVEN WANT TO GET OFF THE COACH
If you select karaoke or an exciting film from amongst our additional services, you may, depending on the travel party, find yourself in a situation where people do not even want to get off the coach (for instance, to go to the hotel) and are happy to spend a few more hours aboard the coach. In that case, for example, a reminder will be enough that the trip has only just begun and it will be an early start the following day. If it does not help, we will be more than happy to continue serving your travel party!
ALSO REMEMBER THE DRIVER'S NEEDS
Coach drivers, by law, must take a rest period after every four and a half hours of driving. During this break, they must also have a rest period for a minimum of 45 minutes. In addition, their driving time must not exceed nine hours. If your travel party wishes to plan a long journey, then consider that the driver must abide by all applicable legislation and laws.
